binQR Terms of Service

The service
binQR provides dynamic, programmable QR codes: one short URL with destinations selected by location, device type, time of day, and other routing rules, plus hosted-file delivery and scan analytics. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Acceptable use
You agree not to use binQR to distribute malware, phishing pages, unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights; to mislead scanners about where a QR code leads; or to exceed the limits of your plan. We may suspend QR codes or accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the files you upload and the names, destinations, and routing rules you add to binQR. You grant binQR a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, and display that content solely to operate the service — for example, serving your hosted files to people who scan your QR codes, and showing team content to members of that team. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from routine backups that expire on their normal schedule.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or link to, and that it complies with the acceptable-use rules above. You are responsible for that content; binQR does not review it before publication.
Reporting abuse
To report a QR code, hosted file, or destination that infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email legal@binqr.io with the short link (for example binqr.io/f/…) and a description of the problem. We review reports promptly and may remove content or suspend QR codes and accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) or, on the web, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are managed by you in the store where you purchased — cancelling there stops future charges. Deleting your binQR account does not cancel a store subscription; manage the subscription in the store to avoid further billing. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights for your jurisdiction are not affected.
Apps from the App Store
If you downloaded binQR from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and binQR, not Apple, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two conflict, these terms prevail to the extent the Apple agreement allows.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, binQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Mandatory consumer-law rights remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
